Massage therapy involves the manipulation of a person's soft tissues, such as muscles and tendons, using various techniques and pressure levels. It aims to promote relaxation, alleviate pain, and improve overall well-being. Therapists use their hands or specialized tools to knead, or rub the body, in a clinical setting.

We offer massages that focus on healing your body through our wellness plan. We offer deep tissue massage, cupping, prenatal massage, and reflexology.

Deep Tissue Massage
Designed to relieve pain associated with muscle knots, heavy physical activity, and everyday stress. This therapy is deliberate and customized, targeting specific areas in need of relief.

Cupping
Cupping is specific for the purpose of lifting fascial tissue to gently release areas of restriction. Negative pressure is created by proper modulation of the cups, which are moved by manual suction over the area of the muscle that needs massaged.

Prenatal Massage
Designed specifically for women in the second and third trimesters of pregnancy, this deeply soothing therapy works to improve circulation, reduce swelling in hands and feet, and release tension in the lower back, neck, and shoulders.

Reflexology
Reflexology is a form of bodywork that involves applying pressure to the hands and feet to produce changes in pain and other benefits elsewhere in the body.
