Decompression is a non-surgical and non-invasive therapy that can help reduce back, neck, leg, and arm pain. Spinal decompression works by gently stretching the spine, taking pressure off the spinal discs by creating negative pressure off the nerves. This motion helps promote movement of water, oxygen and nutrient-rich fluids into the discs so they can heal.

Electrical muscle stimulation, aka e-stim, sends mild electrical pulses through the skin to help stimulate injured muscles or manipulate nerves to reduce pain.
